Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Humidor AI mobile application ("the App") operated by Humidor Etc., a division of Quadriom Son & Image Inc. ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The App covers tobacco and alcohol products and is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

We do not promote the consumption of tobacco or alcohol. The App is a collection management, identification, and pairing tool for adult enthusiasts.

2. Account

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not create an account on behalf of another person or use a false identity.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

The App offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Mid and Pro). Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis.

• Android: subscriptions are managed through Google Play via RevenueCat. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are governed by Google Play's terms.
• iOS: subscriptions are managed through Apple In-App Purchase. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are governed by Apple's terms.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content through the App.
• Use automated tools to access or scrape App data.
• Share your account credentials with others.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, and technology within the App are the exclusive property of Humidor Etc. / Quadriom Son & Image Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Content you enter into the App (cigars, notes, photos) remains your property. You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the App's services to you.

6. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate cigar identifications, pairing suggestions, and recommendations. These results are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We make no warranty as to their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose. AI-generated pairings are suggestions — always use your own judgment.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Humidor Etc. / Quadriom Son & Image Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
